The Weaving Word

Weaving together the threads that make up my passion for the written word…as an author, editor, and follower of The Word.

Inspiration Sunday!

Tolkien wrote so many quotable things, I could probably fill up a year’s worth of Inspiration Sunday posts with them.

For any of you who follow me on Facebook or Twitter, you may have noticed I’m playing a fantasy hashtag game for June. Every day this month I’ll be answering a fantasy-related question and posting it. So check there for my answers, and feel free to play along yourself! You can find the questions and game instructions here.

I’d love to have a Tolkien inspirational quote each day of the year! I bet it’d be as easy to do one for Lewis, too!

Definitely! I actually have a book called A Year with C.S. Lewis; Daily Readings from His Classic Works. Maybe I can share those in the Modern Day Inklings group.
